Earlier minutes from Dec. 9, 2024 (included in the packet) show approval of two additional spring work‑release candidates: Landry Gebhard and Brookelyn Schurman. At that meeting the vote tally was recorded as Yea:5, Nay:0, Absent:2 (Shanna Hammond and Christopher Rogers absent). On Jan. 20 the board also approved Izzabella Koch’s spring work‑release application (motion by Steven Whitney, seconded by Rich Wenzl; Yea:7, Nay:0).
Motions to move into executive session to discuss non‑elected personnel were recorded multiple times in the December and January minutes; those executive sessions concluded with returns to open session and, in the instances recorded, no action beyond the approved hires and approvals listed above.
