The motion to approve the consent agenda, which included the election order, was made by Trustee Matt Snell and seconded by Trustee Hunter Shofner and passed by a unanimous vote of the trustees present.
The election order was part of the board's consent items, which also included approval of minutes, bills and a budget comparison for December 2024. The board has set its next meeting for Feb. 20, 2025, where any additional election-related items or candidate filings could be addressed.
