Following an executive session, council returned to regular session and approved two end‑of‑meeting actions.
Council voted 6–0 to authorize purchase of easement rights from Outlier Assets LLC for a Ridgecrest Road waterline and empowered the city manager to finalize the transaction for a purchase price of $738. Later the council approved a resolution opposing a competitive housing tax credit application for the structure at 2612 Washington Street; that resolution also passed unanimously.
Both measures were presented as motions from councilmembers and carried without dissent.
