Commission advances multiple budget amendments, corrects school appropriation and approves charitable matches

The commission voted to move both general/highway amendments and the school-correction amendment to the regular session.
The mayor also moved a transfer of a previously approved $100,000 grant to Promised Land and proposed a county match of up to $100,000 for an endowment at the Dixon County Help Center (which had raised $115,000); commissioners approved the transfers and advanced the items to the regular meeting.
