During its April 28 meeting the Preble County Board of Zoning Appeals approved several routine renewals and variances. The Board granted a two-year Temporary Use Permit renewal to Sursey Jaynes for a machine shop at 4977 Prices Creek Road (Case 5751, Section 816.03 Letter O); a one-year renewal with a 30-day removal condition for Dixie Little’s single-wide mobile home (Case 5752, Section 816.03 Letter N); and a two-year renewal for Kerry Unger’s welding shop (Case 5753, Section 816.03 Letter O). The Board also approved a 30'x40' detached structure variance for David Siegel (Case 5754) and a 50-foot rear-setback variance for a 24'x24' addition for the Campbell Living Trust (Case 5755).
Nicole Worley received a two-year renewal for a stump-grinding, mulch and portable-building sales operation with a country store at 4272 State Route 732 (Case 5756). The Board tabled Case 5758 (Wendell and Pamela Barrett) because no representative was present and directed staff to place the case on next month’s agenda. All votes on the items acted on at the meeting passed on unanimous roll call.
