Board adopts Quinlan ISD Professional Development Plan; SHAC report presented

Painter then presented the Quinlan ISD Professional Development Plan for 2024–25, noting that annual approval is required and SBEC standards are applied. Trustee Todd Darter moved to adopt the plan; Trustee Rick Grant seconded and the board approved it 6-0.
