Committee clears open‑container waivers for Ardmore First Friday events with insurance condition

A member of the public, Adrian Seltzer, urged earlier publicity and vendor sign‑ups to help organizers attract participation. Commissioners thanked the Downtown Ardmore District and its executive director, "Alec," for downtown activation and support. The committee recorded the motion as unanimous and forwarded it to the board as consent.
