Neighbor Mark Henson testified he had "nothing against the Spillers," but said he generally opposes mobile homes because of visible vacancy and abandonment that can harm the county's appearance. Chairman Charles Coffey noted he had received a text from an adjoining property owner concerned about CUVA implications but that the Spillers' parcel met checklist requirements. The hearing was adjourned and the item is scheduled for a future board action.
