Swan Valley board records retirements, resignations and several hirings including coaches and after-school instructor

At the Feb. 20 meeting the Swan Valley Board acknowledged the retirement of teacher and coach David Dawson (effective end of 2024-25) and accepted resignations of instructional aides Mindy Gilbert (effective Feb. 18, 2025) and Dana Dusenbury (effective end of 2024-25). The board also acknowledged the resignation of JV volleyball coach Stacey Robinson and freshman volleyball coach Jennifer Miller effective immediately.
The board approved multiple hirings: Terry Ray as JV baseball coach for the 2024-25 spring season; Stacey Robinson as varsity volleyball coach and Jennifer Miller as JV volleyball coach for the 2025-26 fall season; and Caitlyn Fabbro as an after-school reading instructor at Havens Elementary. Each personnel motion passed 7-0 and was recorded in the minutes.
