Members present were Colleen Dodson (Trustee), Nick Thomas (Trustee), Barry Kreiner (Treasurer), Kevin Palmateer (Vice President), Nicole Winston (Secretary) and President Dave Schmorrow; Trustee Mike Rutallie was absent. Andrea Glynn was listed as Interim/Assistant Superintendent and Michelle Nesbitt as recording secretary.
The board approved procedural motions by recorded voice: a unanimous 6–0 vote to move into closed session for collective bargaining (motion by Thomas, supported by Dodson) and a unanimous 6–0 vote to adjourn (motion by Barry Kreiner, supported by Colleen Dodson). The minutes indicate the meeting adjourned at 7:08 p.m. and were signed by President Dave Schmorrow and Secretary Nicole Winston.
