The Marysville Public Schools Board of Education approved a consent grouping on Sept. 19 that included payments totaling $1,447,829.32 and several routine items. Vice President Palmateer called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m., and the consent motion was made by Barry Kreiner, Treasurer, and supported by Mike Rutallie, Trustee.
The consent package covered approval of prior meeting minutes and the Board approved payment of General Fund bills dated Sept. 19, 2024: checks #22004719 through #22004829 totalling $990,940.43, plus an electronic payment of $456,888.89, "for a total of $1,447,829.32, excluding payroll," as recorded in the meeting minutes. The Building and Site Fund payment for the MMS flooring replacement was included in the consent items. The motion carried with six ayes and no nays; President Dave Schmorrow was absent.
Board members did not request further discussion on the consent items. The approval allows staff to process the disbursements and proceed with the projects and personnel actions contained in the consent documents.
