StuCo previews lock‑in and bonfire; board approves student bonfire

Separately, the board approved a Student Council bonfire scheduled for Sept. 14, 2024, from 7:00–9:00 p.m. Motion by Member Peter Bacon and second by Member Brittany Webb; roll call vote recorded as unanimous (6‑0). Dr. Gordon noted the overnight StuCo lock‑in had not been placed on the agenda but that formal board approval was not required; the board expressed no objections.
