Community member Bill Brod asked when the levy hearing notice must be published and what information the publication must include, and Robert Hanna inquired how much larger the levy amount is compared with last year. The administration also fielded a question about verification of the Equalized Assessed Valuation (EAV). After the public hearing concluded, in new business the board approved the levy on a motion by Collins, seconded by Huber; the motion carried unanimously.
