David (S4) said two days of staff PIR included training on the new information system Infinite Campus and a two‑hour workshop on the recently purchased K–6 science curriculum. He described a new character-development plan, saying, "What I just gave you is what we're gonna try this year is a character trait of the month," and said the program will include weekly announcements focusing on traits such as respect. David also announced that anti‑bullying presenter Tom Phelan will visit next Tuesday to provide short age‑appropriate presentations for K–2, 3–5, 6–8 and 9–12 plus a parent session from 5:30–6:30 p.m.
Board members expressed support and asked staff to report on attendance and early outcomes after the presenter’s visit.
