Board sets committee schedules, retreat date and announces NHS induction

In miscellaneous business the board recorded committee meeting rhythms: Personnel committee to meet the Tuesday prior to board meetings at 6:30 a.m.; Curriculum on the prior Friday at 6:30 a.m.; Buildings & Grounds/PR on the Monday the week of board meetings at 6:30 a.m.; Finance on the Tuesday the week of the meeting at 6:30 a.m.; and Grievance as needed. Board members were asked to submit committee membership requests.
The board also scheduled a retreat for March 14, 2025 and announced a National Honor Society induction ceremony on Monday, Jan. 27 at 6:30 p.m., with RSVPs to Torie Ray at tray2@svsd.us. President Aldrich adjourned the meeting at 7:54 p.m.
