"A motion was made by Karen Kleckner and seconded by HeiDee Meier to approve all Press Plus policy recommendations with local additions included and waive the first reading," the minutes state. The motion carried 6–1, with Tim Clay recorded as the lone dissenting vote. The board did not take further amendments at the meeting.
