Board approves consent agenda including $2.23M in General Fund bills

The motion carried unanimously, 7-0.
The minutes record the dollar amounts and that the consent agenda passed but do not include line-item detail in the meeting minutes. Trustees thanked the finance staff elsewhere in the meeting after the audit presentation.
