The Winter Harbor Selectmen met Monday, Sept. 22, 2025, and approved the Sept. 8 meeting minutes and Warrants #12 and #13 (Sept. 16) and #14 (Sept. 18). The board approved the Treasurer’s report and the Tax Collector’s report — each by recorded 3-0 votes.
The minutes record specific account figures: the Trio-General Ledger balance on Sept. 19, 2025 was $509,415.85; a six-month certificate of deposit was $105,382.87. The Tax Collector’s report showed FY25 taxes receivable of $25,258.80 (98.98% collected) and FY24 $3,712.75 (99.82% collected). The meeting also approved a liquor license renewal for Musquito Harbor Brewing Company after waiving the public hearing at the owners’ written request.
The procedural note 'Only registered voters' may vote at Town Meeting was confirmed during the meeting. The session included routine payroll and accounts-payable listings (Town P/R #12 $15,723.08; Town P/R #13 $1,642.20; Town A/P #14 $557,451.08; total $574,816.36).
