Board accepts clean 2024–25 audit; finance team praised

Nick West, Senior Manager at Maner Costerisan and partner in charge of the district audit, presented the 2024–2025 annual audit and said "we have an unmodified (clean) audit." The Mason Board of Education voted unanimously to accept the report.
Board President Liz Evans thanked West and the district finance team for their work. Chief Financial Officer Tracey Wooden had provided a monthly budget update to the Finance and Property Committee and reiterated the positive audit findings at the full board meeting. Trustee Christopher Mumby moved to approve the audit and Trustee Bryan Droscha supported the motion; the vote was 7-0.
