Board votes to terminate Snowball lease; tables Verizon Grindstone proposal

Separately, the district tabled agenda items relating to Verizon's proposed lease and plan modifications at Grindstone Mountain for further review and coordination. Board members asked that Verizon materials be revisited after additional engineering and committee vetting.
