The board reviewed a tentative 2026 meeting calendar and asked members to check personal schedules and notify Alisa Clark of conflicts before the January 2026 organizational meeting, where the calendar will be voted on. Board officer elections were noted to occur at the organizational meeting; members interested in serving on the board leadership must complete a form in the board packet prior to the vote.
The board also recorded an administrative adjustment to Superintendent Jeremy Davison’s leave: three full sick days (Dec. 3–5, 2025) were changed to half sick days. The next regular meeting was listed as Jan. 12, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the high school media center, with a possible change to Jan. 19, 2026 to ensure member attendance. The meeting adjourned at 8:33 p.m.
