At 6:38 p.m. the board again moved into closed session for a legal opinion and remained in closed session until 7:37 p.m.
Minutes list A Clark and S Carpenter as leadership present for the meeting and note J Davison and T Gardner from Thrun joined by phone for the legal‑opinion closed session. The board later reviewed a separation agreement after that closed session but the record states explicitly: "NO ACTION WAS TAKEN ON THIS BY THE BOARD MEMBERS." The meeting adjourned at 7:38 p.m.
Roll‑call votes to enter closed session were recorded; the minutes show five ayes and two absences (Thomas Imus and Dale Pease) for the first closed session.
