Committee finalizes many 2025 event dates and moves back-to-school event to late August

Committee members reviewed the calendar for 2025, confirmed primary markets in April–June and September–October, and agreed to test several mini-market dates (including May 3 and May 17) as part of the Farmstand pilot. The group also resolved that July and August will be scaled back to one market per month because turnout historically drops in the heat.
The committee agreed to move the back-to-school event to August 23 to sync with school schedules and recommended combining certain family-oriented events (pumpkin-themed activities, birdhouse build) so they align with higher-attendance weekends. Staff will publish the tentative schedule and finalize dates at the January vendor meeting.
