Board member Richard moved the item and Alicia seconded; the board approved the motion in roll call with yes votes recorded from Haley, Stacy, John, Alicia, Richard, Maria and the board president. Dr. Mesa said the district uses this pathway periodically to fill positions while candidates complete credentialing requirements.
