Council recommends three appointments and approved multiple routine consent items

At the administration committee meeting and in council action tonight, members recommended three appointments for board and commission service: Jonathan Kirkland as an alternate member of the Citizens Advisory Committee (three-year term), Dominique Griffin recommended to Parks and Recreation (alternate, three years), and David Isco to the Pedestrian Advisory Committee (two-year term). Committee chairs reported unanimous support and those recommendations will appear on the consent agenda unless pulled.
The council moved the consent agenda and adopted items that were not pulled. Several items from the consent and unfinished business were later pulled for discussion, but the three appointments recommended by the administration committee were reported as unanimously recommended by voice vote and will proceed as part of the consent package.
