The Saginaw Township Board of Education adopted its special-meeting agenda and approved the Jan. 27 regular-meeting minutes before adjourning on Feb. 10, 2025.
President Janice Collison called the meeting to order at 8:48 p.m., and roll call showed six board members present and one absent. "Motion offered by David Jaffe that the Board of Education adopt the agenda for the Special meeting," the minutes state; David Jaffe moved adoption, which Jenean Coughlin seconded. A subsequent motion to approve the Jan. 27 minutes was offered by David Booth and seconded by Marianne Bird. Both motions passed by roll call vote recorded as "Yes: all; No: none" (SEG 007–SEG 008).
The agenda included an item for public comment; the minutes record no public speakers. After conducting routine business and personnel actions, Arik Smith moved to adjourn; Jenean Coughlin seconded, and the board adjourned at 8:53 p.m. (SEG 013–SEG 014). The minutes include a signature line for Secretary Michele DeShone (SEG 015).
