Committee approves August minutes; board schedules action meeting and announces next committee date

The Buildings & Grounds/Finance Committee approved the Aug. 18 minutes (motion by Joyce Seals, supported by Kevin Mark Rooker). The committee approved the August 18, 2025 minutes on a motion from Trustee Joyce Seals, supported by Secretary Kevin Mark Rooker; the motion passed during the committee meeting.
President Charles Coleman thanked members, said the board will hold an action meeting on Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. in the boardroom, invited the public to a community lunch at the Horizon on Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and said a liaison meeting will take place later that day. The next Buildings & Grounds/Finance Committee meeting was announced for Monday, February 16, 2026. The meeting adjourned at 5:48 p.m.
