"Bids are due, Thursday, March 19," the presenter said while stepping through the plan set. Staff said once bids are publicly opened a closed session analysis will evaluate unit pricing, administrative compliance and unknown cost exposures; the oversight committee will review a recommended shortlist rather than vet all bid details publicly.
The committee discussed a short turnaround for bid analysis and tentatively scheduled a follow‑up meeting in late March to consider shortlisted proposals. Staff said a shortlist and grading rubric will be presented to the committee after bids are read.
