District hears AI framework; presenter urges human-centered focus, proposes Spring advisory group

The presenter referenced San Diego Unified as a model of a large, multi-meeting process that produced acceptable-use guidance and suggested the board adopt a similar phased approach: define shared language, split into subgroups for hands-on templates, then reconvene to present recommendations to the full board.
