Staff told the board the CRA had previously approved the medium-scale improvement grant application on April 1, 2024 and that “the applicant has repainted and repaired the stucco on the building.” The staff report listed a total cost of $16,862.50; staff recommended reimbursement of $8,431.25 under the grant program.
A motion to approve the applicant reimbursement from the CRA fund passed unanimously on roll call: Chairman Depew, Miss Gillis, Mister Thomas and Miss Dalbo voted yes. Staff will proceed with standard reimbursement processing for CAR2025-0008.
