At its Jan. 13 meeting the CRA board approved reimbursement to the applicant for work at 108 South Ridgewood Avenue, with staff recommending a payment of $5,332.50.
Staff told the board the CRA had approved the medium-scale façade application on April 1, 2024 with a not-to-exceed amount of $25,000. “The total cost of the project was $10,665,” staff said, and recommended reimbursements at the matching formula that resulted in $5,332.50 due to the applicant.
A board member moved to approve the payment and the board voted unanimously in favor: Chairman Depew, Miss Gillis, Miss Dalbo and Mister Thomas recorded yes votes. The board instructed staff to process the reimbursement per CRA procedures.
