The Saginaw Township Board of Education on Dec. 16 authorized the purchase of school transportation vehicles totaling $588,492. Board Member Michele DeShone moved to approve three 2025 Holland 77-passenger buses at a total cost of $433,746; the motion was seconded by David Booth and passed unanimously by roll call. Separately, David Booth moved to approve one 2025 Holland 71-passenger (48) special-needs bus at a cost of $154,746; that motion was seconded by Jenean Coughlin and also passed by roll call.
