151 Miramar Street matter continued to Sept. 1
Summary
Counsel for the property owners said they did not oppose the town's request for a continuance; the magistrate continued the 151 Miramar Street case to Sept. 1 and agreed to mirror prior continuance conditions so the fine remains in effect until the status hearing.
Zachary Lebittreux, appearing on behalf of Danny Lewis and Carol Jean Thomas, told the magistrate his clients did not oppose the town's request for a continuance. "We don't we don't oppose the town's request for a continuance," he said.
Magistrate John Van Lehi set the next appearance for Sept. 1 and confirmed that the prior continuance conditions — including keeping the fine germane in effect — would remain until the status hearing. The magistrate said the case will be taken up again at the status conference.
