B and B Properties continuance granted to Oct. 6 for permit revisions

Counsel Colton Thomas told the magistrate that B and B Properties of Fort Myers had submitted permit plans and revision proposals and asked for more time to complete the final corrective work. "The respondent has submitted the permit plans and revision proposals for the final corrective action for this matter, so we respectfully request a continuance," he said.
Town staff did not oppose the request and magistrate John Van Lehi continued the matter to the Oct. 6 staff hearing on the respondents' motion. Thomas said his client may require town approval of proposed plans and subsequent bidding before the work can be completed.
