River Ridge Board unanimously appoints resident Keith Merrill to fill vacant Seat 1

The River Ridge Community Development District Board voted unanimously Oct. 22 to appoint Keith Merrill to fill the vacant Seat 1, a term that expires in November 2026. On a motion by Chair Bob Schultz, seconded by Assistant Secretary Robert Twombly, the board approved the appointment.
Mrs. Adams, serving as a notary, administered the Oath of Office to Mr. Merrill and reviewed required filings and training, including Form 1 ethics filing and the Sunshine Law guidance. District Counsel Tony Pires outlined the Code of Ethics and conflict-of-interest obligations that apply to newly sworn supervisors.
