River Ridge CDD adopts Resolution 2025-02, elects board officers

Supervisor Terry Mountford nominated the slate that named Bob Schultz chair and Terry Mountford vice chair; Kurt Blumenthal, Robert Twombly and Keith Merrill were nominated as assistant secretaries.
On a motion by Mr. Mountford and seconded by Mr. Blumenthal, “Resolution 2025-02, Electing, as nominated, and Removing Officers of the District and Providing for an Effective Date, was adopted” by a unanimous voice vote. The motion language and vote were recorded in the meeting minutes.
The reorganization establishes the board’s procedural leadership going into the next fiscal-year planning cycle and preserves previously made staff appointments, including Chesley “Chuck” Adams listed in the minutes as Secretary and Craig Wrathell as assistant secretary and treasurer. The board did not discuss changes to staff assignments at this meeting.
