The Village of Oxford Planning Commission elected Scott Flynn as chair and Justin Ballard as vice chair during its regular meeting on June 17, 2025, at 22 W Burdick Street in Oxford.
The commission formally appointed Vickie Hauff as Recording Secretary in a separate vote. Each leadership motion passed on recorded roll-call votes with five ayes and zero nays. Motions recorded in the minutes show Ballard/Pielack moved to approve the agenda earlier in the meeting and the leadership appointments proceeded later under new business.
The newly elected officers will preside over upcoming commission work including the zoning ordinance review and follow-up drafts of the sign ordinance amendment. The minutes do not record any objections or dissent to the appointments. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. and adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
