The council asked staff to prepare a plan and to return at a special meeting in roughly three months for a public workshop and presentation of zoning options.
The meeting closed with consensus for staff to contact the listing agent for the Badcock building and for Ryan Solstice to pursue the highlighted yellow properties; there was no formal roll-call vote recorded.
