The Belvedere City Council reported that it has reached a settlement with the owners of 339 Golden Gate Avenue tied to pending construction litigation. Council reported that the owners will contribute $100,000 to the city to be used for parks and open-space projects.
"The owners will make a contribution to the city of $100,000 which the city will use to fund parks and open space projects in Belvedere for the public's benefit," the council reported.
