Treasurer Mary C. Veillette told trustees on June 9 that there was no activity in the Brick Sales and Room Naming Opportunities account for the reporting period and provided cumulative totals.
"There were no changes in the accounts for Brick Sales and Room Naming Opportunities for the month of February," the Treasurer's written report stated in the appendix submitted to the board. The appendix covering May 1–31, 2026 lists total brick sales to date of $56,585.00 and total expenses to date of $30,464.95. The meeting minutes record the Fund 61 balance as $26,120.02; the appended Treasurer's report records the Fund 61 balance as $26,120.05 (the minutes and the appendix show a small discrepancy).
Trustee John Moriarty moved to approve the Treasurer's report; Trustee Diane Giuditta seconded and the motion was approved. The minutes note full attendance for the meeting and reflect the Treasurer's report as accepted by the board.
The Treasurer's appendix appears to contain a dated coverage mismatch (it references the month of February while the report header covers May 1–31, 2026); the board did not flag that wording during the meeting, and the minutes record acceptance of the report as presented.
