The MEA contract was initially listed in the consent grouping but was removed for separate consideration after a motion by Vice President Kevin Palmateer and support by Mr. Rutallie. A subsequent motion to approve the MEA agreement was moved by Trustee Colleen Dodson and supported by Mr. Rutallie; minutes record the motion as carried. The board did not record nay votes on the final motion; the minutes list the outcome only as approved.
