Board names Abdo as 2025–26 audit firm, asks for review of RAED fee and comparative data

During the motion, Alan Zeithamer requested that the fee for RAED following 2025–26 be reviewed "because the scope and dollar amount of the RAED organization will be significantly reduced; and [requested] that they bring forward some additional information that used to be part of audits received in the past that showed us how we compared to our other 14 school districts." The motion to accept Abdo carried on a 7‑0 vote. The minutes record the board's request that additional comparative information and a review of RAED fees be provided to the board in a future report.
