Board approves consent items totaling $2.26 million; superintendent says football field work is on schedule

The Westwood Community School District Board approved its consent agenda on July 10, which included the June 3, 2025 meeting minutes, May 31, 2025 financial statements, purchase orders over $3,000, personnel actions, and total checks totaling $2,257,880.75. The motion to approve the consent agenda was made by Treasurer Roderick Means, seconded by Trustee Narabia Little, and passed unanimously, 5-0.
Superintendent Dr. Stiles Simmons told the Board that Plante Moran Realpoint and Braun Construction will present a facilities report at the August meeting and that the football field renovation at Robichaud High School is on schedule. The Board did not enter closed session and adjourned at 8:04 p.m.
