Representatives of Maner Costerisan told the Westwood Community School District Board of Education on Aug. 12 that fieldwork for the district audit will begin the week of Sept. 15 and that auditors expect to deliver a final report in October.
Bill Tucker of Maner Costerisan said the firm "plan[s] to be in the District the week of September 15 to continue their work. A final report should be ready in October, with a formal presentation to the Board and community during the November Board meeting." The auditors said they are compiling information with assistance from district staff led by Jennie Li Jiang.
The presentation to the board is scheduled for the November board meeting; the auditors did not provide a detailed timetable for interim deliverables in the transcript. The update was delivered during the meeting's presentation portion and followed routine roll call and opening formalities.
