Jaime Shanks told the council the construction portion can be "up to $500,000" while Rylan Limesand said the PER itself is likely to cost "either $40 or $50,000." On match requirements Jaime said she thought the planning grant is typically 1:1 but that a hardship could reduce or eliminate the local match; later dialogue in the meeting cited a $25,000 match example for a $50,000 cost. Jaime also noted the application deadline: "This one is due March 11th."
