Blue Ribbon Commission finalizes charter focus for workforce homeownership effort

The commission debated scope and membership for working groups, with members recommending subcommittees for financing and construction costs, market demand, site opportunities and pilot projects. Heather said the charter is a “living document” and proposed postponing the signing to the next meeting to allow a clean, revised packet to be printed for signatures.
