Swan Valley board adopts amended special-meeting agenda

President Robert Aldrich called the Swan Valley School District Board of Education special meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 30. During roll call the board recorded seven members present: Robert Aldrich, Heather Farr, Dana Raymond, JoAnn Schneider, Kevin Shanks, Michael Wenzel and Jeffrey Whelton.
JoAnn Schneider moved to adopt the agenda with amendments that removed preliminary approval of minutes and the treasurer’s report; written and oral communications; several standard reports (president, superintendent, legislative, committee and student government); and miscellaneous items. Jeffrey Whelton seconded the motion and it carried unanimously (Aye: 7 Nye: 0). The board recorded the procedural action for the meeting record.
