The committee voted to accept a deduct of $38,000 by removing stamped and colored concrete from the scope. A motion to accept the credit was made, seconded and the committee recorded ayes, approving the change.
"Motion to accept the credit for the stamped concrete," moved Rob Crosson and seconded; the committee then voted in favor. The change will be reflected in the project's PCO/GMP tracking and reduce finish-surface scope in the affected areas. Staff noted that if the board wants decorative concrete later, it may be possible to add it as an alternate if funds become available.
