Mike Roehl, the district's Director of Building and Grounds, presented an update on capital and maintenance projects. Roehl also discussed replacing the baseball scoreboard; the recommended funding source is the sinking fund and the estimated cost listed in the minutes is $12,190.
Roehl answered board questions during the informational meeting. The board was told that formal requests for approval of the scoreboard replacement and the PA-system change order will be included on the Oct. 24 regular-meeting agenda.
