Board adopts Policy 6220 and Mission Statement policy; approves EASIE I and ICOS items
Summary
On second and third readings the board approved Policy 6220 and Mission Statement Policy 0537, and also approved the EASIE I application and the ICOS report.
The board approved several governance and program items on Feb. 24. Nancy Armstrong-Montes moved to approve Policy 6220 on its second reading; Annette Moses seconded and the motion passed. The board then approved Mission Statement Policy 0537 on its third reading following a motion by Jarae Cate and second by Nancy Armstrong-Montes.
The board also approved the EASIE I application and accepted the ICOS report after motions and seconds were recorded. These approvals were taken as old-business items and carried on voice vote; no further public discussion was recorded in the minutes.
